A lot of companies talk about customer service as their best asset, but don’t necessarily deliver. The fact that Triangle Rent A Car is privately owned makes an incredible difference in the freedom that we as managers have when solving problems for our rental car clients.
Providing a rental car isn’t like serving up a cup of coffee. Every situation surrounding rental cars is different for every customer. There are insurance issues, scheduling issues, logistic issues and more with every car rental. This is why it is so important, especially in the industry of rental cars, that customer service be a top priority and that managers and rental car agents are empowered to make decisions.
Adam Sawyer is originally from Mt. Airy NC. He began his career with Triangle Rent A Car as an assistant manager and soon became manager after demonstrating an impeccable work ethic.
Adam enjoys flying remote controlled helicopters and is a member of a car club that travels together and shows cars throughout the state.

The Greensboro Arboretum is an excellent way to pass time and relax. Enjoy the beauty and delicate aroma of beautiful flowers and plants. There are many plant species featured. A fountain is even displayed in one of the arrangements. Take the stress off your mind and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely place.
If you’re feeling wild and you want to cool off on a warm day, try the Wet ‘N Wild Emerald Point Water Park on South Holden Road. There are several water slides, pools, and even rides! This is fun the whole family can enjoy! There are even special wave pools for the little ones. For the big kids, kick it up a few notches with thrill rides and roller coasters! Get ready for adventure perfectly suited for any age group!
Then it’s time to take a trip out to the Guilford Native American Art Gallery and get a glimpse of the culture of our country before it was known as America! There are many Native American displays and exhibits, and it is run exclusively by Native Americans who welcome you to come in and allow them to share their stories.
