Before you drive off, make sure you take the time to go over a few things with your customer service agent. You want to be sure that any issues or concerns related to the rental are handled before you head off on your vacation or business trip. Checking Out Your Rental Car
One of our knowledgeable and experienced rental car agents will come out with you to do an inspection of the vehicle.
- If you see anything you think would be considered damage, inside or outside, then together we can make a note of it on your contract. We don't want you to be responsible for something that you didn't do and making a note of it will ensure that this doesn't occur.
- Check to make sure everything in the vehicle works correctly. This includes things like the lights, radio, windshield wipers, turn signals, electric windows, AC and so forth.
- Get familiar with the car. Don't just jump in and drive off. Figure out where everything is and make sure there's a manual in case you need to look up something.
- Make sure to get a contact number for whom to call (other than your own roadside assistance) in the event of a breakdown.
