Local History
Since 1990 Triangle Rent A Car provided rental vehicles to the Capital Boulevard area in Raleigh from several different locations. We built our current facility on Spring Forest Road in 1997. Our location has offered a specialized fleet of cars, trucks and passenger vans to the local businesses and retail customers in this North Raleigh area. We are the local neighborhood rental car company and our staff has never lost sight of the people who have helped this location to succeed in a very competitive industry...our customers.

We wanted to recognize NC State University by offering a special deal. So any NC State University employee can enjoy the comfort of a bigger car for less with a Free Upgrade if you rent a compact through full-size car at any of our Raleigh locations for a week or longer. Employees must make an advance reservation and present a valid NC State University ID at time of pick-up. A special thanks to all our friends at NC State University.

Local Charities
MDA Helping Jerry's Kids. Triangle Rent A Car will partner with the Muscular Dystrophy Association through the Green Shamrocks Program. Our customers may purchase a Green Shamrock for $1 or a Gold Shamrock for $5 when a vehicle is rented. Our goal is to send a child to the MDA Summer Camp. MDA does not receive funding from government agencies or United Way. It is through your donations that the MDA's mission to find a cure for over 43 neuro-muscular diseases, including ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease will become a reality.
