In 1998 the Winston-Salem location for Triangle Rent A Car opened for business and the competition began. Our Silas Creek Parkway location competes for bragging rights that they provide extraordinary customer service and that they are number one in building customer loyalty. North Carolina has a lot of competition within the state's borders whether it is between Triangle Rent A Car locations; or the Research Triangle Park and the Triad: or the outstanding Universities such as Wake Forest and Duke. The competition continues and Triangle Rent A Car customers are the beneficiaries.

We wanted to recognize Wake Forest University by offering a special deal. So any Wake Forest University employee can enjoy the comfort of a bigger car for less with a Free Upgrade if you rent a compact through full-size car at our Winston-Salem location for a week or longer. Local Charities
MDA Helping Jerry's Kids. Triangle Rent A Car will partner with the Muscular Dystrophy Association through the Green Shamrocks Program. Our customers may purchase a Green Shamrock for $1 or a Gold Shamrock for $5 when a vehicle is rented. Our goal is to send a child to the MDA Summer Camp. MDA does not receive funding from government agencies or United Way. It is through your donations that the MDA's mission to find a cure for over 43 neuro-muscular diseases, including ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease will become a reality.
